Position

Settlement Officer

Responsibilities::
- Monitor daily settlement functions of Singapore, and overseas exchange-traded derivatives contracts, over-the-counter derivatives contracts and spot foreign exchange contracts for the purposes of leveraged foreign exchange trading
- Handle and review clients’ fund deposit/withdrawal and foreign exchange instruction
- Review & analysis of new initiatives involving these markets

- Monitor and perform daily support for client account opening and data management
- Liaise with internal department and counterparties for timely settlement issues
- Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry / regulatory initiatives

Requirements::
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of strong knowledge and experience in settlement
- Working knowledge of Singapore market and regulatory framework
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional quality customer services and handle client’s account related inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via different channels
- Work closely with front office for client servicing support process to obtain and ensure all necessary documents and service standard are consistent in place for client onboarding according to MAS regulatory requirements

- Perform client due diligence and KYC screening checks and process the account application forms in compliance accordance to policies and procedures
- Maintain client data accounts updates and amendments
- Proactively review and enhance processing workflow to achieve improvement in client service quality and strengthened control
- Work closely with other business units on ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- CMS license holder of dealing in capital markets products that are exchange-traded derivatives contracts, over-the-counter derivatives contracts and spot foreign exchange contracts for the purposes of leveraged foreign exchange trading will be an advantage
- 3-4 year relevant experience in customer service environments of banking, financial, brokerage, client servicing support related, and be familiar with securities account opening procedure will be an advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking client
- Proactive, independent and a good team player

Dealer

Responsibilities:
- Provide related service for clients’ trading orders and provide quotation for equities, futures and options
- Accurately execute client’s enquiries and instructions for trading
- Provide and maintain excellent relationship with clients

- Assist in daily-operation and prepare the related documents
- Assist in clients’ accounts opening when necessary
- Prepare and process various internal reports for the department
- Participate in system development projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time (ad hoc assignment is required if necessary)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Banking, Finance or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- CMS license holder of dealing in capital markets products that are exchange-traded derivatives contracts, over-the-counter derivatives contracts and spot foreign exchange contracts for the purposes of leveraged foreign exchange trading will be an advantage
- Able to work on shift rotation and public holiday when other markets are open
- Self-motivated, strong team player with great sense of responsibility and willing to learn, able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
- Able to thrive in start-up environment

Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Handle licensing applications, MAS filings and inquiries from regulatory bodies
- Perform regular compliance checking to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle KYC and AML-related matters

- Provide relevant advisory to business/support units and other AML teams on matters relating to compliance issues, transaction monitoring review and investigation conducted by the unit
- Perform analysis of suspicious transaction/activity reports to identify AML risk trends to support the AML risk management and controls within the Group
- FATCA / CRS reporting in accordance with relevant requirements
- Handle CPT related matters, such as update of CPT register
- Develop regulatory governance frameworks, policies and procedures to effective management of regulatory risks for company, clients
- Facilitate and address any MAS queries and external authorities, as well as internal and external audits
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Business, Law, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of strong compliance experience in local regulatory compliance and risk management, with demonstrable knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge or prior experience in key regulatory requirements such as the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines, and AML/CFT regulations
- Work independently, self-motivated, strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and manage execution under pressure
- Familiar with FATCA and CRS reporting is preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Comfortable working in the startup culture environment
